A Foxes Love

Chapter �� Eleven: The Council

Naruto felt the world shift, yet his eyes where not
yet open he felt safe in the arms of the person, who held him, knowing it was Kyuubi.

Kyuubi looked down at Naruto who was
beginning to� stir, as he and Kyu-ni walked through the shifting tunnel of colour around
them, walking with there robes blowing as if by an unseen wind.

�Why have the council been called into session? As the
ruler, I have say.� Kyuubi
said, Kyu-ni turned to him,
with a frown on her face, her hair blowing in the wind of the shifting tunnel.

�After you where �sealed� they appointed me the leader
of the council, and of the affairs of our society. When I told them, that you
had appeared again, they immediately asked that you return.� Her frown deepened
rubbing her chin deep in thought, waving her hand in front of her, making the
tunnel open up into bright light. �They asked me to call a meeting, about a
year ago�that was to check the status of there indivual
parts of the great seal, that holds, you-know-who. They are happy of your
return.� They stepped out of the portal.

�I see.� Kyuubi said nusging Naruto gently, rosing him
from his slumber, and at that point a fox person, came up to Kyu-ni bowing, her white robe flowing, her hair tied back in
a pony tail.

�Lady Kyu-ni you have retur�� She then looked up, and noticed Kyuubi
standing behind her, and smiled bowing almost to the floor.

�Oh Lord Kyuubi�I am so
pleased you have returned. Shall I prepare a room for you, and�we did not know
you married?� Kyu-ni walked over to her.

�Please Reisha, stand and
follow us, oh and inform the advisors that my Brother has returned.� Reisha bowed, rose up and ran in front of them, to the far wal, touching a patern that was
there. It was like the soul seal of the fourth hokage,
but it only had the nine triangles. Reisha waved her
hand over them in a clockwise, then a green image
appeared on the wall showing an old man.

�What is it Reisha�I�m busy.
I have to make reports for Lady Kyu-ni before she
returns.� Reisha smiled, jumping up and down.

�Well�she has returned-�

�What�oh kitsune�I�m dead, I
haven�t even finished-� Reisha continued to smile,
from ear to ear.

�And Lord Kyuubu has also
returned, and with a child, by the looks of it Galen.� Galen�s face shot up
eyes wide in shock.

�He�s back�oh this is�fantastic, I have to tell
everyone-� Reisha looked frantic at him , then shouted at the green image.

�Oh�and he wants all the council assembled,
immediately.� Galen, quickly looked up from his
hurriedness to assemble all his documents.

�Oh, yes, I�ll do that at once.� With that Galen waved
his had in an anti-clock wise postion and he was
gone, and with that she turned towards Kyu-ni and Kyuubi, then walked up to them,
bowing.

�Thing have been gone as you requested, my Lord �n
Lady.� Kyuubi just walked by her to the centre of the
circual room, still holding Nartuo
who he let down when he stirred.

�So�what are you going to do about the situation,
regarding the council and you-know-who.� Kyuubi frowned, but was interrupted by Naruto�s
loud voice.

�What�where
are we?�� He just smiled.

�Naruto�welcome
to my home.� Naruto looked all around then, then at Kyuubi and at the attire he was wearing.

�You
look�great.� Kyuubi�s face fell, shacking
his head.

�Tease
are formal robes�I don�t like wearing them at all.� He made a few hand signs,
his eyes glowing for a few seconds, then a green platform appeared in the
centre, he and Kyu-ni stepped on, and he motioned� for Naruto
to follow nodding.

�I
see your point now Kyuubi.� He said smiling, putting
his hands at the back of his head, hn looked around at� the meremers of voices to find them ascending and on all side
people with tails looked bowing and whispering.

�So Lord Kyuubi�s
back.Whay was he gone fore so long?�

�Heard he was sealed�that
stupid right honey?�

�Is that a child next to
him�is it his? His heir? Why hasn�t it got any tails?�
Another whispered. �

Naruto
looked round at the people looking in there direction, and tugged at Kyuubi�s robes, as they ascended, the green disc going
higher and higher, and finally it came to a stop.
�There were no doors around them, no
portal-door ways, only a set of gaint door that
reached the ceiling, stood before them below them there were several steps, and
behind them was a single portal door, but this was much bigger than the ones
down below.

�Where
are we?� Naruto said looking around in awe. Kyu-ni
placed a hand on his shoulder.

�Please
listen. You are not in interrupt the meeting that is about to take
place�understand?� Naruto nodde with a blank look on
his face, Kyu-ni just nodded smiling nodding at Kyuubi who just took Naruto�s
left hand in his right, and together they walked to the gain double door,
pausing for a moment to the sound of angry voices on the other side.

�Why
should we wait�Lady Kyu-ni
is leader of our race now.� Bickering was heard.

�She
is not�she is only waiting for the return of Lord Kyuubi
minister Yhan.� The volume rouse
once more.

�Minister
Yhan�minister Ni-wa! We
wait!�

�Why should we wait, only because of your say so Galen?� The volume rose higher. Kyuubi sighed shaking his head.

�Why did I ever come back�I
wonder� With
that he opened the double doors waving a hand in front of them, and with a
thunderous sound of shifting stone then all sound in the chamber stopped, as
all eyes looked towards the door, and saw Kyuubi
walking past the threshold, across the giant seal engraved on the floor,
followed by Kyu- ni and
Naruto who just looked around.

�Just carry on, Naruto�ignore them for now.� Kyu-ni spoke into his mind, and so Naruto carried on,
Following Kyuubi up several steps, to wear a stone
throne lay on a higher elevated platform, and two seats ,
Kyu-ni going to one, while instructing Naruto to the
other, but Kyuubi beckoned Naruto to come to him.

�Come here, my little one, they will not hurt
you.� Kyu-ni glanced at her brother but settled,
as Naruto came over to him, and Kyuubi lifted him to
sit in his lap, at that all the chamber filled with noise.

�What�s
this? A human?� One shouted, raising
from his seat, his black robe flapping as he went, and pointing a finger at
Naruto.

�That is minister Kelk�he
has a hatred for human kind, just ignore him like I said.� Naruto looked
over at Kyu-ni, and nodded.

�Minister
Kelk� my brother hasn�t just returned to show off
his�� Her words faultered, at the look Kyuubi gave her and she understood, to be ever careful what
she said. �Heir� The chamber filled with noise then, as well as Kyuubi�s veins appearing on his forehead, and he couldn�t
take it anymore, he spoke.

�SILENCE! ALL OF YOU!� Instantly the room fell deathly
quiet. �Good�now tell me of resent things, not the normal political stuff�my
sister can see to that (Kyu-ni gave him a mock glare)
This concerns the seals and a mortal.� A robed figure
rose from his seat bowing.

�There
is nothing to worry about the seals m�Lord� Kyuubi raised a hand to silence him.

�Oh�I
have heard otherwise, and from the Third Hokage of Konoha�a human. It seems one
of his past students, now know throughout there world as the three Sannin, has
a fondness for forbidden jutsu, and has accidently stubbled across the
existence of the seals, just like one Mandara Uhicha, that I was looking for.� Naruto looked up then.

�Uhicha?� Kyuubi
just petted his hair them , ignoring the word.

�That�s
impossible, we would detect�� Kyu-ni now spoke.

�Don�t
dive us that bull�Minister Yhan� and all of you
leaders (looking around the room) don�t tell us, that you have tried to forget
there existence. Trying to pass it off as a myth, a bed-time
story for children. The truth is mortals know about it, and there is
something else. Minister Gai-ta
your special jutsu, the one that was stolen, about
ten years ago�What is its purpose and use?�

�Then a figure in the same robes as all the
rest stood up. He seemed in his early thirties, with brown hair, short, with
spikes at the front, with bright blue eyes, with a slight tanned look to him.
He bowed.

�Yes
Lady Kyu-ni I developed a jutsu�that
was requested by yourself, and Lord Kyuubi. Should I
tell the essemble of it�since it is a secret.�

�You
may.� Kyu-ni said, the other
nodding.

�This
Jutsu, was developed, as a, shall we say safeguard
against�against�the�you-know-who, after his imprisonment, by the nine major
lords, millennia ago. Its function is to transfer one�s soul into a specially
created vessel, that is an exact duplicate of the original in every way�leaving
no gaps. In time the soul would fully fuse with the vessel. Since the soul, and mind connected to that soul, hold all knowledge
and Jutsu the soul bearer possess, nothing is lost.
�This jutsu is only
to be used, when one is at the point of dying, since you can be killed by
another demon. It can be used on another living being, but that can result in
the destruction of both souls, that of the bearer and the vessel to be.
�I have forseen that
you can take over another living being, only when there will is weak. The thing
is when the soul transfer happens the one with the weakest will, will be have
his or her soul destroyed, yet all his or her jutsu
and abilities will them belong to the new owner of the body, since memories and
knowledge remain in the said body of the vessel.�

�WHAT!
You developed a Jutsu that can cheat death them without us even knowing!�
Another person said, then the volume started to rise
once again. Kyuubi got mad again, then
his voice boomed over all present.

�I
WILL HAVE ORDER HERE! BE SILENT!� With that they all sat, in silence. �Thank you, now tell us who stole this jutsu
of your minister.� Minister Gai-wa nodded.

�It
was a stranger at first�but we managed to gather info on him. He is call
Orochimaru, a mortal�quite insane, really by both our and human standards.� Kyuubi nodded.

�Just
to tell you all this Orochimaru�and Mandara Uhicha both think either these seals are a path to gaining
power, and maybe immortality.� The chamber all filled with laughter. �This is
no joke, one of them has already discovered a text about him, and are searching for the fragments.� The chamber filled with murmers then.

�Impossible
we have recovered all the texts regarding him,
and what happened.� Kyuni snorted.

�I
found out that one eluded us�for I spoke with the third personally.� The
council member fell silent then taking his seat once again.

�Each
of the leaders will speak with me tomorrow, in private�the council session is
over. You may all leave.�� All the
council stood bowing turned to there right or left, maid there way down there
stairs, to wards the double doors, all talking to themselves, and beyond that
the portal opened, as they all past through. Kyuubi, Kyu-ni and Naruto all stood up, walking towards the double
doors.

�We will need help, I will ask a close friend to come back to
Konoha with us.� Kyuubi said with a sad smile.

�Come
now brother�don�t feel down, we may still be able to stop him before, the seals are
broken.� Kyuubi sighed.

�I have a bad feeling�we�ll
sleep tonight and head back in the morning. How are the duplicates doing?� Kyu-ni placed her fingers to her temples and focused, and
smiled.

�Everything is perfect�no one
knows at all.� Kyuubi smiled while wrapping his tails
around Naruto who drew himself into Kyuubi�s warmth
hugging his waist, while Kyuubi held a hand on his
shoulder, as they walked through the portal which changed colour with a wave of
Kyuubi�s hand.
