Author's Note: I know this story is called Naruto's Latest Invention; but this chapter will expand on that idea. I say greetings and welcome to the latest installment in the series; and with that being said the Eleventh Chapter shall get underway without any further delay.
Chapter Eleven: A Large Scale Experiment
It was the middle of the in Konoha; even though the sun was shining brightly there was a slight chill in the late January air.
