Hello everyone. This chapter maybe a little shorter then others but its still a chapter! Also for those of who are reading, still reading, or newly reading thank you! Also this chapter holds a little to thicken the plot. The next chapter is going to be interesting so stick around.

Welcome home.

His head and his mind hell his very soul hurt. Coming into awareness Naruto held in the groan and stayed exactly as he was. Listening to the silence around him he realized he was alone so he opened dull eyes but was met with only darkness. Lifting his head up he moved only to find he was bound to a chair. Instantly his stomach sank. Raking his mind he tried to remember what happened to lead to this point. Naruto could remember the clash of blades a flash of yellow eyes and then the searing pain in his side. The thought of it sent a dull throb there causing him to wiggle a little.

That however was all Naruto could remember. After that his mind went black and the next thing he knew he was here, sitting bound to a chair. So this could only mean that he was back in the all too known room. “Fuck.” Naruto cursed as he tugged at his legs feeling the heavy cuffs that bound him to the chair and floor. Then the sudden creak of the door made all his movements still. “Welcome home.” The words made his stomach clench in the worst way. Turning his head he looked towards Orochimaru as the male stood leaning into the door frame. The lightly blue eyes darkened a little causing Orochimaru to smile as he stepped into the room. “Seems you had some fun while you were gone.” The words were accompanied by a slow brush of pale fingers over the curse mark making Naruto instantly jerk away from the coolness.

Orochimaru smiled a little and the laugh that left his mouth was deep. “In a way I am glad that you managed to get away and do as you did.” With that there was a clank and then the noise of a blade being sharpened reached his ears. “Do you know why that is Naruto-kun?” His name sent a shiver down his spine and he knew he was going to regret this but paled lips open as he spoke. “W-why?” The question was so low he almost didn’t hear it himself. The sound of the blade stopped before soft feet carried the snake to stand before him. Slowly Orochimaru bent over as yellow eyes looked right into Narutos scared dull ones. “Because…” With that the blade the male was holding shot forward going through Narutos shoulder pinning him to the back of the chair. The little scream that came from dry lips made Orochimaru smile “…now I get to break you. All over again. Piece by agonizingly slow piece.”

Suigetsu cursed as he dodged a blade aimed to take his arm off. He knew what Sasuke had said when he meant fun but this is freaking crazy! Jumping between a mass of men he swung out his large sword in a circle cutting away many men before moving and jumping to the side. “You idiot!” He heard from his side as he watched Sasuke knock out a few larger men. “We need them alive!” Suigetsu sighed “I know I know its just so damn hard sometimes!” Sasuke shook his head.

After leaving his place he explained to Suigetsu the plan he had. Just the two of them couldn’t break into the mail hideout and take the snake down. No they needed more men and more power and Sasuke sadly knew just had to do that. It was a simple plan really. They would start invading the smaller towns of the fire country one by one and by doing so forcing the men women and ninja towards the head of the country; Konoha. From there he would go to the Hokage and lead her right to the snakes front door. Hell Sasuke was doing the female a great deal and in return she unknowingly would help get Naruto back. It was a win win from both sides if anyone asked him.

It took no time at all for them to take down the small village and with no rest or break they hit the next. One by one the smaller towns fell and the word began to spread. Sasuke was just waiting for the right moment and Sasuke had a feeling that moment was about to happen. The next one on the hit list was going to be a little harder. The moment the two cloaked men entered the village they felt eyes on them. It was a disturbing feeling really. One maybe two would be fine but it felt as though the whole village watched their every step. “It seems word spread fast eh.” Suigetsu said from under his hood as he looked around at the people avoiding their gazes. “Hn.” Was his only reply as the male walked beside him. The moment he had felt those eyes on him he had the sharingan flaring to motion.

Coming to the center of the town the pair of them stopped. “Nah, we should of rested a bit first don’t you think?” Suigetsu said with a little wine but Sasuke just gave a little smile. “I thought you wanted to play?” He said bore making the required hand signs “Fire style: Phoenix Immortal Flame!” With that a group of fire balls appeared before him and with a thrust of his hand they were sent out to destroy the building they reached. Explosions rang out as each one ripped through brick and stone concaving the buildings sending stone and wood in every direction. “Let the fun begin! Suigetsu said as men in cloaks jumped out from the dust to surround him. However when Sasuke didn’t move Suigetsu looked at him “Silence.” Was his answer and Suigetsu fallowed the males gaze and looked towards the ninja that stood before him. That was when he took in the green vests and the glittering headbands. “We welcome ninjas of the hidden leaf!” With that he raised the giant sword and rested it over his shoulder.

Tsunade stood there as she looked at the men and women before her. “Fourteen villages have already fallen. From the reports they are falling in a pattern. You have your mission statements. You are to stop and capture these two man.” Holding up two photos the people in the room stiffened. “Suigetsu Hozuki and Uchiha Sasuke.” The air in the room was tense. “You are to capture and not kill but kill if you have to and bring back the remains.” The men and women before him nodded. “Report and capture. Understood.” “Yes!” Came the reply from everyone before they left in a puff of smoke.

“I knew Tsunade would send her lap dogs but I didn’t quite know how right that statement would be.” Sasuke said as he gazed over at the people before him. Saauke smiled a little. “Its been awhile has it not sensai?” With that a silver haired man stepped forward and a lazy eye looked to him. “Sasuke.” He said with a dip of his head. “Care to explain your actions?” The male said clearing showing he was ready for a fight if need be. However when Sasuke just shrugged a little his body loosened. “Simple really. I needed men no more like an army.” Dipping his head to the side Kakashi was confused. “You see the snake has pissed me off for the last time.” This was when another male stepped forward. “He took Naruto again didn’t he?” The look changed on Sasukes face caused the male to sigh. “Always the smart one Shikamaru.” Sasuke said looking towards him with small smile.

“So your plan was to what? Force us to find you and then fallow you?” Kiba asked as it was his turn to step in from the shadows. The look on Sasukes face was blank and it was Shikmaru to speak again. “No…he wanted to be captured. Think of the attacks on the villages. No one was killed there was a few injuries but mostly people were knocked out.” Kiba huffed a bit. “Why not just come to the village?” Suigetsu was the one that spoke here with a little laugh. “Oh sure. Lets just walk into the hidden leaf and demand its army. Great thinking dog boy.” Kiba growled ”What did you say!?” Taking a step forward. Kakashi sighed a little sticking his hand out silencing Kiba. “So let me guess your plan is for us to take you to lady Tsunade. Correct?” Sasuke nodded. “How troublesome.” Shikamaru sighed as he crossed his arms and closed his eyes.

“What do we get out of this besides uprehending you?” Kakashi asked with a tilt of his head. Sasuke though was prepared for such an answer as he slunk back into his cloak. His eyes turned back to their normal black as he spoke with a little shrug. “Orochimaru.”

Days past since he found himself once again sitting in the chair he knew all too well. At first he had fought and screamed against Orochimaru but each time he did he asked himself why. The one person he thought could of saved him failed to keep him safe. In doing so it ended up crushing the last bit of hope he had. The noise of the door before Naruto opening drew the males attention even though he didn’t raise his head. “How are we feeling today Naruto-kun?” The voice asked but got nothing in return. Soft feet carried the snake over to him and he felt pale hands grabbed his chin before lifting his face up.

Grey eyes fell upon yellow ones and Orochimaru smiled. There was no blue there or hints of the curse mark. It was as if the males very soul was dead. “Now have we learned not to run away?” The question got one simple nod and Orochimaru smirked. “Good boy.” A long tongue then slithered out to lick up a whiskered cheek and Naruto didn’t even move or close as eye as the male did what he did. Undoing the chains Orochimaru moved to the door. “Now come my pet…we have a few things to look after.” Wordlessly Naruto stood even though he wobbled he stayed on his feet to fallow the taller male in question with his head bowed.
