• Dear diary,

  I don't remember if I told you already, but I guess so, since it's always the same.
  Summer.
  I hate it. I hate it with a passion. It's not only because of the heat and the sun, but because of where I have to spend the summer. I hate the garden, I hate the house and especially I hate my father.

  it's even worse than I imagined. Already now my body is covered with mosquito- and bug-bites and some kind of allergic reaction to some plant in the garden. The rareness of me being asleep increases.

  you won't believe what happened. I don't believe it myself. I was in some kind of doze when I heard a low thump at the window. I tried to ignore it, but after some minutes it occurred again. I went to look what it was, thinking some stupid moth had made its way in here and doesn't find out again. And there was truly a winged creature, but, and that's what you won't believe, it was a little boy. A little boy with butterfly wings. They were orange by the way. I opened the window and he flew away.

  Temari closed the last diary of the pile. Reading her brothers diaries helped to cope the fact he wasn't really there anymore. It was about time to visit him in the hospital.
