I�m going to try to work out one more story for this
fanfiction website and this is a Naruto fanfiction story. I�ll keep this
explanation short and sweet. This story takes place around the time after the
Pain invasion, so, there are going to be spoilers, but this is an AU story in a
way that this is a fanfiction version of events that will happen after that
saga in the Naruto Manga/Anime. And there are going to be out of character
situations and personalities in this story. This story will start out mainly
Naruto at first, but it is going to end up Naruto crossover story. Finally,
this is going to be a Naruto harem story.

I DO NOT own Naruto,
the Jungle Book, any of the characters, and anyone/anything that come from
these and other stories that end up in this fanfiction! Naruto is
owned/licensed by Masashi Kishimoto, Yuuto Date, Jump Comics, and Studio

Prologue: In a
time before the Leaf Village, there was a clan that were experts in the more �erotic�
arts and they had a powerful weapon. They had created a �virus� that when the
virus infects a kunoichi, their bodies become greatly altered and their minds
become empty in which this clan use their chakra and minds to enslave those
kunoichi into their slaves. Their new slaves had a new �organ� with their chest
areas which has been �expanded� to unbelievable proportions that contains the
virus mixed with their enslaver�s chakra in which they pass onto other kunoichi
which transfers into the kunoichi turning them into the slaves of the person
that first enslaved kunoichi and so on. However, the �virus� mutated to effect
males through it only give them the �organ� that allowed them to enslave other kunoichi,
but soon enough, it had a mind-altering effect on them in which led to their
own demise. The secrets of the clan and their �virus� have been lost until now�

Chapter 1: Birth of
the �Harem Kage�

Within the Hidden Leaf Village, we find workers working
through some rubble in one part of the Leaf Village in order rebuild an area.
Recently, the Leaf Village was attacked and nearly obliterated by the Akatsuki
member known as Pain, but thanks to the effects of Tsunade and Naruto Uzumaki,
recently revealed to be the son of Fourth Hokage, the one that sealed the
Nine-Tailed Fox within him, the people of the Leaf Village managed to survive
the assault with few to no deaths. Right now, we find the workers working, but
then they uncovered a strange box with spell scrolls all over it. One worker
manages to stop it and he goes over to it.

The worker asks, curiously, �What�s this?�

Just then a voice calls out, excitedly, �What do you have
over there?� The worker yelps as he looks to see Naruto Uzumaki, age 16, and
the worker smiles at him. In case you are wondering, this worker is from the Land
of Waves which Naruto helped to save from the Gato, the criminal businessman
that was trying to stop the bridge, currently called �The Great Naruto Bridge�,
that would link the Land of Waves, an island nation, to the mainland.

The worker tells Naruto, with a smile, �I just uncovered it
and this box has some kind of ninja paper scrolls on it or something.�

Naruto asks, curiously, �Really?�

The worker gives the box to Naruto and he says, with a
smile, �Why don�t you take it your Hokage? It is in your village and it belongs
to your village.�

Naruto says, with a smile, �I�ll see what Granny Tsunade has
to say about it.�

The worker says, looking at his co-workers, �Sorry, Naruto,
got to get back to work! By the way, I never did thank for all you and your
team did for our village those years ago! After all this time, we have regained
our former prosperity and then some!�

Naruto says, with a smirk, �No problem and thanks for
helping out!�

The worker says, with a nod, �It is the least we can do you
for your village, Naruto! And you are our village�s hero and it is time that we
repay our debt! However, your village is still a good time away from being
rebuilt and we�ve got to get back work!�

Naruto says, with a nod, �Later!� Naruto then takes the box
and leaps off into the distance in which he can�t help to get curious about the
box.

Before we continue, it has been months since the invasion of
Pain and the Kage Summit meeting. With help from the assistances of the other
Kage, Naruto manages to get �clued onto� Danzo and his operations in which he
gathers evidence of Danzo�s actions in which led to Danzo�s removal as Acting
Sixth Hokage and when Tsunade finally manages to recover, Danzo was put under
arrest. However, his ROOT and Danzo himself tried to flee, but he and his ROOT
were managed to be taken out especially with the help of Naruto and his �Hermit
Mode�. Afterwards, Tsunade retook her position of Hokage of the village through
even through she seems quite healthy, it is not known the complete toll on her
body that the battle with Pain took so Shizune has been ordered by the council
to keep an eye on her condition.

Recently, Naruto�s �heritage� has been revealed and the
truth about the Uchiha Massacre has been made known to the council ever since
Sasuke�s attack at the Kage Summit in which they learned about Madara Uchiha
still being alive and he was the one responsible for the attack on the Leaf Village
with the Nine-Tailed Fox on the day of his birth. And such, Tsunade was able to
give Naruto the Namikaze estate through it was greatly damaged in the battle
against Pain and the knowledge of his father�s, Minato�s, jutsu including his
famous teleportation jutsu that made him famous in the ninja world. The council
ordered that Naruto be trained and prepared for the battle against Madara and
the Akatsuki through the elders were reluctant to do so since the combination
of his father�s �heritage�, including a bloodline Naruto was surprised to hear
about, and the Nine-Tailed Fox within him made him the �best bet� to defeat
Madara.

Since Killer Bee, the container of the Eight Tails, recently
came back from his �vacation� which his brother, the Raikage, was pissed about
with one thing Killer Bee being a top defense for the village and two, Killer
Bee was the Raikage�s brother and he was worried sick about him, the Kage
decided to have an alliance, but the Hokage, Tsunade, and Raikage were
co-leaders of the alliance since both of them had �containers� of Tailed-Beasts
that were still alive which proved more problematic than helpful through the
villages managed to come together to defeat Kisame when he tried to kidnap
Killer Bee. However, there were some problems when the other great ninja
villages learned about Naruto being the son of the Fourth Hokage after Sasuke�s
attack at the Kage Summit. The current Tsuchikage of the Stone Village or Iwagakure,
Onoki, was shocked by it and he immediately attacked Naruto through the fight
was only short since the other Kage stopped Onoki before the fight could go any
further through Naruto had to fend him off before the other Kage could intervene.
Onoki was impressed and Kakashi threatened that if any attack by the Stone
Village against Naruto would be an act of war through Kakashi knows that after
Pain�s attack, the Leaf Village wasn�t too strong. However, Naruto boasted
about his abilities with �Hermit Mode� combined with the Nine-Tailed Fox in
which the other Kage were surprised since they know all too well about the
abilities of the Sanin of the Leaf Village, Jiraiya, Tsunade, and the traitor,
Orochimaru, in which Jiraiya�s �Hermit Mode� is quite known especially those
that have become Kages of their ninja villages. That started to make the
leaders and ninjas of the Stone Village think twice since they know about
Jiraiya�s ability and combined them with the Nine-Tails� chakra, Naruto can
become an incredible force. Plus, they know that Naruto took out Pain in which
the Stone Village starts to believe that Naruto has surpassed his father, Minato
Namikaze, Fourth Hokage of the Leaf Village, in which after what Naruto�s dad
did in the Third Ninja War, they don�t want any repeats. However, the Raikage,
also takes notice of this, but he is far more respectful of Naruto and thinks
that it is better to make Naruto an important ally to his village.

Currently, Sasuke and his team, Team Hawk, managed to escape
the Kage summit, but he is still looking for revenge against the Leaf Village
for he believes are the �injustices� did to his clan and his brother and
Madara, Kisame, and Zetsu, in which knowledge of them has been passed onto them
by Kabuto, through Madara is a mystery, are still quite active even after the
Kage Summit. And they don�t know what they plan next with the seven Tailed
Demons that they already captured. Plus, with the knowledge that Kabuto has
what remains of Orochimaru after Sasuke had absorbed him, �fused� with his
body, he has become a threat and the danger of Orochimaru reviving through
Kabuto is also another threat in which Kabuto is another target of the Leaf
Village.

With the revelations about the Uchiha clan massacred revealed
to the Leaf Village council, Itachi�s �Missing Ninja� status still remains
officially active since the council claims that this revelation will be hard
for the village to take since for Naruto, it was hard for him to believe at
first. However, unofficially, Itachi is no longer regarded as a �missing ninja�
in which if his body is found, he is to brought back to the Leaf Village for a
secret ceremony to honor him as a hero of the village. However, with this,
Sasuke is considered to be a dangerous criminal of the Leaf Village and
learning through Madara and his talk with Naruto, Sasuke�s �Curse Seal� is gone
thanks to Itachi in which Sasuke can�t be considered at all �under the
influence� of anything and considered acting of his own free will. And even
through the order by Tsunade and the reluctantly, the Leaf Village council,
that Sasuke be taken �dead or alive�, lethal force has been called for with
Sasuke and council says that the �dead� is empathize than the �alive�. Naruto
and Sakura are horrified by this, but they know that there is nothing that they
can do and with this, Naruto and Sakura are low on hope that they can bring
Sasuke back safely anymore since he wants revenge against the Leaf Village.
Naruto and Sakura have been a pillar of strength for each other on this
situation, but Naruto doesn�t know what to do with his feelings are still
strong for Sakura, however, Hinata admitting her feelings for Naruto during the
battle with Pain has gotten Naruto confused through he isn�t the only one since
Sakura has feelings for Sasuke through growing weaker and Naruto.

Lately, Naruto has been busy with his training that has been
ordered by the council to prepare him for battle against Madara and Akatsuki.
Since the fact that Naruto is the Fourth Hokage�s son, the council, especially
the elders more than ever before, has been reluctant to send him into battle
against the Akatsuki despite previous success because of the Nine-Tailed Fox
and his bloodline to Minato Namikaze, Leaf Village�s Fourth Hokage. However,
with his victory against Pain and his �heritage�, Naruto has been determined to
be the best chance against the Akatsuki and Tsunade was allowed to give him all
information on his father especially the jutsu as well as the Namikaze estate
and �earnings� which made Naruto very rich. Naruto also found out that he has
inherited Jiraiya�s money, which made him even more rich, in which Naruto used
for the rebuilding of the Leaf Village. However, even so, Naruto had still tons
of money left over and more than Naruto could imagine to do with, but this was
the least of his worries.

The council had ordered that Naruto be put immediately into
the Clan Restoration Act and that meant he had to marry multiple women to
revive the Uzumaki clan, which he learned his mother, Kushina Uzumaki, was the
last of, and his father�s clan, the Namikaze clan. Plus, he wouldn�t be allowed
to fight unless he had impregnated at least one of his new wives to be to
ensure that his two clan�s bloodlines continues. With the training and all this
happening, Naruto has been under tons of pressure and he just had to �get away�
from it all at times in which Tsunade and his former teachers, Kakashi and
Iruka, understood all too well.

Back to our blond haired ninja hero, Naruto can�t help to
look at the box and he thinks in his mind, �I
don�t think Granny Tsunade would mind if I took a look inside as long as I don�t
touch anything important or dangerous about it. Right now, I need something to
take my mind off all this.� Naruto then bounds off to his new home, the
Namikaze estate, which has been rebuilt by Tazuna and Inari personally.

(At the Namikaze
Estate; A bit later on)

At the recently rebuild Namikaze Clan Compound, which is
quite large, Naruto is on the training field and looking at the box after he
manages to careful remove the scroll paper from them which is surprise for Naruto
to do, but it wasn�t too hard for Naruto since it looked the people that buried
the box didn�t think that it would be found. Naruto opens the box and finds
what looks an old scroll inside in which when he wraps the scroll, he finds
some kind of information and instructions as well as seal in the center of the
scroll. Naruto being Naruto unlocks what�s in the scrolls and takes out a small
package of some sort.

Naruto asks, perplexed, �What�s this?!�

The Nine-Tailed Fox also known as Kyuubi thinks within
Naruto, �I sense a powerful and ancient chakra within it and the chakra has a
strange �feeling� to it, but a feeling that I remember through I�m not sure
where.� As Naruto continues to observe the package, he doesn�t know
that he has a visitor in the form of Hinata Hyuga, age 16, coming up behind
him.

FYI: Along with the rest of Naruto�s closest friends and
allies, Hinata learns about the Nine-Tailed Fox sealed within Naruto since Hinata
saw Naruto go into his Six-Tailed Form during the battle with Pain in which
Sakura, Kakashi, Yamato, and even Kurenai had to �spill the beans� on Naruto in
which they learn about Naruto�s father being the Fourth Hokage and the heir to
the Uzumaki and Namikaze clans as well as his bloodline. However, even with
what she learned, Hinata still cares Naruto even more than ever now with
learning why the village was so bad to him for much of his childhood. For Hinata,
Naruto isn�t the Nine-Tailed Fox, like much of the village believes now, Naruto
is a hero in more ways than one. Her father, Hiashi Hyuga, who knew about
Naruto�s bloodline all along being the head of the Hyuga clan after all, wanted
to arrange Hinata to be married to Naruto immediately. It wasn�t that her
father didn�t believe that Hinata didn�t have the ability to be head of the
clan. In fact, her bravery against Pain assure the Hyuga clan elders that she
was capable to be head of the clan more than ever, but Hiashi believes that
Hinata life as a head of her clan wasn�t the life for her. With Naruto�s heritage
now public knowledge and his current status as great hero of the Leaf village,
he felt that it was best that since Hinata cared for Naruto so much, Hinata is
best suited as Naruto�s wife and a member of the Namikaze and Uzumaki clans. It
would please the elder of the Hyuga clan with an alliance with a clan that was
once one of the strongest and learning of Naruto�s bloodline, but Hiashi knew
that Naruto would make sure that his offspring and his bloodline would never be
abused by people like the Hyuga elders or even the council. However, with what�s
going on in Naruto�s life right now, Hiashi managed to make sure that Naruto
and Hinata weren�t forced into the marriage through barely with the Hyuga
elders insisting.

Right now, after the home of Naruto�s clan was rebuilt,
Naruto was moved in immediately through he was reluctant to leave his apartment
home, even through it wasn�t rebuilt yet. However, he moved into his father�s
home since he believed that�s what his dad would want him to do and Tsunade
manage to arrange that Naruto gains ownership of his old apartment complex, not
just the room he lived in, and the complex would be repaired to top condition
so if Naruto wanted to go back �for a spell, he could return to his old complex
and Naruto plans to rent out his apartment complex for anyone for a price.
However, for his closest friends, he tells them that if they have problems at
their homes, they can move in for free for a time. Naruto may quite the
bonehead, but he knows even with his money, he will need to make sure that HIS
apartment complex is paid for.

Currently, we find Hinata, who has walked into the Namikaze
compound since the front gate was, which his former teacher, Kakashi Hatake,
keeps complaining to Naruto about keeping his �front door� open, and she thinks
in her mind, �It�s N-Naruto-kun. I wonder
what he is looking at, but it is not a good idea to disturb h-him.� Ever
since admitting her feelings during the battle with Pain, she hasn�t got
anything back through she felt happy about being married to Naruto as one of
his wives through a small piece of her wanted to be Naruto�s ONLY wife.
However, she has to respect village tradition and she has to �share� Naruto
since he is under the Clan Restoration Act in which she was amazed to hear
about the Namikaze bloodline. Hinata prepares to leave in which she accidentally
steps on a twig in which Naruto reacts immediately by whipping around and
preparing to defend himself, but he then sees the �intruder� which causes him
to slightly blush in surprise.

Naruto asks, surprised, �Hinata-chan?!�

Hinata says, nervously, �N-Naruto-kun, I-I�m sorry! I didn�t
mean to sneak in��

Naruto says, putting his kunai knife that he took out away, �It�s
okay, Hinata-chan. You have gotten really good at sneaking up on people because
I didn�t hear or sense you.�

Hinata tells Naruto, nervously, �T-Thank you, Naruto-kun.�
Naruto rubs his head behind his head and he becomes quite nervous because since
he heard Hinata�s admitting of her feelings for him in which after she learned
about his �tenant� she still declared her feelings for him, but it has been
still hard on Naruto because while he is glad that Hinata, along with his other
friends other than Sakura, who already knows and still cares for him through
her feelings are mixed between brother-like best friend and �lover�, still
support him. Finding out Hinata�s feelings for him and they are as strong as
ever, Naruto has become quite confused and torn since he still cares about
Sakura as much as ever, but now, with this as well as the attempt to �bond� Hinata
and him, in marriage, causing feelings for Hinata to bud within Naruto. His
feelings are torn and he doesn�t know what to do. He doesn�t want to marry
anyone if he doesn�t love them and/or they don�t care about him, but he knows
that Hinata does, however, his feelings are still unsure which has led to many
an awkward situation for Naruto with Hinata.

Naruto asks, curiously, �What are you doing here Hinata-chan?�

Hinata replies, nervously, �It�s j-just I wanted to check on
y-you, Naruto-kun, but since you are busy��

Naruto tells Hinata, with a smile, �No, Hinata-chan! It�s
all right! Kakashi-sensei might tell me about leaving my �front door� open, but
all of you are guys are invited to my new pad anytime!� Naruto motions for

her courage to approach Naruto.

Hinata slowly walks over towards Naruto and she asks,

Hinata�s voice booms out, nervously and perplexed, �N-Naruto-kun,

clothes also quickly melting as well. Hinata is blushing greatly and trying to
