Wow, that was such a cute story and a little sad at the end, but since there is going to be a sequel I hold hope for a happy ever after :) . There were just 2 or 3 little grammar mishaps, but nothing to worry about. 

Though I do have a bit of a comment, but that is more my personal thought. I think the summary is a bit lacking in the way it describes the story. I thought there was going to be more interaction between Sasuke and Kushina during her pregnancy. It doesn't mean the story isn't good but for me the summary brought different expectations. 

That said, I really liked what I read so far and do hope I will get a chance to read the sequel.
