Great stuff. Good premise, hot pairing, nice writing. If I had to give any criticism it would be - a tad too male centric. IE, needs more female dialogue of moaning, disbelief, etc. Mikoto felt a bit distant here, though part of that might be because she's drunk and in shock.
As for future chapters, if I may suggest; obv. involve Kushina, because she's hot AF, and the close second to getting back at Sasuke would be Naruto banging Sakura and making her his bitch as well.
