I like the fanfic but the "Amai-Itachi" threw me off as a Japanese speaker. While "amai" does mean sweet, when describing a person the word means "naive" so it made no sense in context. Plus no one attaches "amai" to a person's name that way...both grammatically or in slang.
It's just...silly.
