I'd say Naruto/Hinata and a clone or two. We all know she is hot for him, and the only thing that can excite her more would be more of him.
As for how Gaara was suggested, perhaps you can use his student, a little known character, Matsuri(not certain on spelling). While I haven't seen her in the manga/anime myself, more than enough have to draw her and give a basic personality that follows the same base, that usually suggests an actual character.

Could you do a cheating chapter next (with Hinata cheating on Naruto with Sasuke or Kiba)? Or maybe do a oneshot like that?

I think that with the Naruto x Hinata, a good 3rd person would be either gaara, or sasuke. sasuke knows she's the only girl who wasn't part of his fan club plus he's in competition with Naruto in everything' why not sex? Gaara because Hinata loved Naruto even though he has a demon sealed with in. She's compassionate and loving of all and isn't judgmental. She is what gaara needs as well. Good start though.
