This chapter was amazing! I keep waiting for Naruto to go back to him, because he's done it so many times, but then I'm like noooo! Naruto's strong willed, he's going to pass that freaking test! Which, for some reason reminded me of the Sasuke's "nightmare" of Naruto and his kid. I think that would be amazing seeing as Sasuke had hurt him so much, but for that to happen there would need to be some sort of closure I think. I don't think Naruto would be so cruel though, even though he has every right to move and probably wouldn't picture it as intentionally hurting Sasuke. Could his offspring be the product of Naruto's rebound? Noooo, he said he wouldn't do that, (well you said actually, so yeah....), maybe if he was drunk? Hmm..... I don't know.... I DO know that i'd hate for Sakura to actually go through her initial plan to get pregnant, but I doubt it'd happen since Sasuke can't have sex with her. Their whole relationship makes me sad though, Naruto's and Sasuke's, because they've been through so much, because Sasuke has put Naruto and has been through so much himself that it just feels hopeless. (I think it's awesome that you conveyed all those feelings, and still are, through your fic. It's rare and so much better because its so). Now I feel like I'm just summarizing your own story to you, umm... so not cool...

For an actual 'review', here we go:

I think this fic is AMAZING and, I kid you not, I check every single day (sometimes TWICE!.... thought I have skipped days, sorry, I guess that doesn't make it EVERY day....) to see if your fic's at the top of the list as newly updated. It is by far one of, if not, THE best fic that i've read involving this pairing. I mean, the whole story itself is just phenomenal. I don't know why (I mean, I do know why, quality's awesome) but this fic is just so well rounded and GOOD that I just really can't help obsessing over how much I love it.

I love Neji and Naruto's relationship, their friendship and their flirtations because it just feels so right, like, in a way, Naruto's being appreciated. Then there's Kiba and Shikamaru, who are just amazing for being such awesome friends. Kakashi hasn't really made his presence known in this fic, and I'm not sure if he will be in the future, but I liked him trying to guide Sasuke when he has no need to. He's his favorite student, awww ^_^

How in the world did I forget to mention my two favorite parts?! OMG! Sai is PRICELESS! I have fallen in love with his character, and the whole spin on Naruto, the embodiment of the Aryan race, as reborn HItler! That was hilarious! I was laughing so hard I had tears in my eyes! Just remembering makes me smile goofily. And then there's the whole, "what do you see in the painting?" bit. A puppy? No! It's a caged bird! Neji's hilarious too! Err, I think that makes three favorite parts.

All in all, I think this is a favorite, top three fanfics I've read and I am eternally grateful to the gods for having gifted you with the talent to compose this :)

I love it and I'm totally eagerly awaiting the next installment. So stoked!

GASP! I forgot to say this too! Sakura's awfully manipulative! I love it for its contribution to the story and to Naruto and Sasuke's dilemma, and hate her for being an obstacle in their relationship. (Then again, Sasuke would have gone through with it regardless right? So would had his father?.....)

For reals now. Trust. This is the end of my review.

I haven't deserted your fic - my PC is being snippy and won't let me log in so I'll be quick while its not looking. Still loving your style, and how the story pulls in the reader. So Naruto is going for some more exams to further his career - good for him, something to focus on. And, hooray, he's said "no" to Sasuke. And Kakashi is putting two and two together?? Interesting ...... Keep up the good work!

I'm happy to see Naruto is doing better & strong enough to say 'no' to Sasuke.

As for Sasuke.. Hope he realizes The feelings he's going through, and that Naruto and him were more than just best friends!..
If he seriously still believes he can get what he got from Naruto anywhere, He might as well get a dildo.
But I still feel sorry for him.. Not for Sakura still, she brought this on herself!

I sure hope Itachi makes an appearence sometime in the future.. I think Sasuke needs some big brother help.

The title is perfect. Naruto did take one step. You had me cracking up at Kiba and Shikamaru joining the new world order of Naruto:) But what gave me the belly laughter was the art gallery. The conversation there with Sai and Neji was to funny and then Neji and Naruto at the park. That's what the doctor order for the Monday blues:) I loved it! Plus the other goodies Naruto taking the test?! Sasukes nightmare! Yes you covered alot!(love it) I wonder was Kakashi trying to give Sasuke hints about the double dealing family matter? The biggest thing was Naruto saying "Please don't call me again." I'm proud of Naruto but at the same time so sorry for Sasuke. I'm ~Bowing~ to you for the fantastic chapter ^_^

Great chapter! Kind of curious why Neji is being so patient waiting for Naruto... will that relationship even pan out? Also is Sasuke ever gonna find out that Sakura tricked him into the marriage? Looking foward to the next chapter ;-)
