This was really good. At first I thought it will be packed with sex, but I am glad you didn't made it so. I am surprised you used their surname and not first name for the tattoos, but I really enjoyed to read about the scar process - it was interesting and somewhat fit Itachis pedant nature (which I think he has).

I think it is good as it is - there is room for the reader to imagine what will happen after. And even for that isn't a need, I guess.
