Well, I didn't like the fact that there was only one chapter. That kind of sucked. However, I did like Sakura's utter frustration at not being able to be a part of their little threesome. It was tortuous to read.

Wow... That was fanfuckingtastic! Are you planning on writing a secon chapter or sequel? I mean, you left me hanging there at the end. I wanna know what Itachi is plotting! And poor Sakura, not getting to orgasm; tsk tsk... you should really REALLY let her get even with Itachi and Madara for that. Excellent story!
