I read it all in one go... and I have to say, this one story is remarkable! It's well-planned, well-executed and of course, well-written on a pure lingual level. The fact that you've written this in First POV isnt anything negative at all, quite the opposite in my opinion. You give a very clear picture of what Naruto is thinking and its easy to follow his line of thought throughout the entire story. Of course, the fact that this is a ShinoNaru, only makes like it even more. Although they are slightly out of character, just a tad, I think you have one really stunnig piece of work right here.

On a side note, you seem to confuse 'your', as in someone else's, a lot with 'you're', as in 'you are'. Its not anything big really, bit it can be a bit of a distraction when you're so into the plot that even small typos can throw you off. If I'm not entirely mistaken, I think you wrote 'made' instead of 'mad' at the very end of the fic as well. Not saying I'm perfect at English, far from it, I have my share of errors, I just thought I'd point it out to you :)

Wow, intense story and I love it. I so love seeing a Shino and Naruto story but I really like how real it is and how you made it more of how 'shit happens' but sometimes you find someone who knows you and loves you inspite. That makes a great story and I have to say that I had the same reaction to 'pretty woman' when I saw it again as I was older. :)

hmmm i love how this story is told. what is wrong with kiba? lol. shino is really understanding. But why is naru not as free as he thought?
