I worry Hinata will die in child birth regardless of whither or not Naruto tries to remove the Kyuubi chakara from her system. Although, when it comes down to it, I prefer natural pregnancy stories rather than any amount of mpregs. If Sasuke and Naruto are going to have a kid, this is a much better solution. (My heart still goes out for Hinata.)
