A decent start and an Interesting idea. I am of course a naru/hina shipper. Sakura-bashing don't like so much, but I can go with the flow on it.
FYI... there were actually 4 movies of The Crow at last count. 2 were of course "Direct-to-DVD" haven't seen the fourth one (Crow: Wicked Prayer), but the 3rd (Crow: salvation) wasn't too bad.

This is probably the first non-Yaoi story that I have ever read, much less loved!!!! It is an amazing beginning, so please don't let it stop here! I know the movie well, and I love the premise you have set up here! I simply cannot wait to read more.
