I thought that was very sweet of Sasuke to give Naruto the baby....I thought he did it as a temporary thing till he was ready to face Naruto....or something like that. But twins I so did not see that comming and am totally excited about it!!! I so can not wait to find out what happens next!!! :)

So I like the plot so far, but I thought I might add a little constructive crit?
You have pretty much 100% dialogue and thoughts. And then descriptions of the dialogue and thoughts, but you have no descriptions of anything else. It's not a bad idea to hammer through the scenes like you've been doing, but in order to go from good story to excellent writing, I think you've gotta flesh out your work a bit.
