Very very well written Jelp. I could easily picture two scared little boys. I totally understand the reasoning that monsters stay away from the light. I was raised by a very superstitious mom who believed in everything from monsters to demons to evil ghosts. I am now 30yrs old and still can't sleep without some light. I even keep a flashlight on my bedside table, "just in case". My husband made fun of me till one night when there was a power outage and I couldn't find my flashlight (he had "borrowed" it and didn't know where it was), I freaked out so bad it scared him. No more laughs about my nightlight since then. Looking forward to more of your tale. Thanks for sharing.

Such a great new story! I love this already! Can't wait to find out what happened with Naruto and Sasuke.
