The writing could be better, a beta reader could fix that.
But aside from that, I like the plot so far. Naruto's dirty mind amuses me. And so does his ringtone. Looking forward to more.

Hmm... .I wonder why Naruto doesn't think his birthday's that important. Although I'm surprised Sasuke even asked that question. You can't follow up 'what's your ideal vacation spot' with 'what do you want for your birthday?' People can kinda draw conclusions and any surprise you had is lost.
Anyway, keep up the good work. Seeing as how they've already celebrated Thanksgiving and Xmas, Sasuke's a few months late on this birthday celebration. Hopefully its will be more than made up for when he confronts Naruto with his better-late-than-never gift. ;) hehe
