All three guardians are probably going: "WTF? He's gone, maybe dead? What about the prophecy??? I still have this tattoo thingy on my hand... how am I still supposed to be a guardian if I got nothing to guard???"
I think Naruto's going to go back to the museum and go through those Kyuubi doors he saw glowing red there. Although I could be wrong.

I don't think this chapter was lacking at all, in fact I liked it. Its rare to find an adventure story of this nature that's yaoi, usually the stories of this kind on ff.net are het so it's definitely a welcome change. SasuNaru or ItaNaru I could care less as I like them both, I just like the idea for the story in general. It's kind of like Fushigi Yūgi with a Naruto twist. Anyway looking forward to the next chapter.
