That was ridiculous. There is always a choice that can be made, in every situation. I am 100% sure Sasuke would have bitten his own tongue and killed himself rather than live the rest of his life in this situation.

That was a cool idea! I like how the Akatsuki are the Kages, and how Itachi manipulated Sakura and Tsunade to work for him. I also adore/love the Uchihacest.
I don't really go for ItaSasuNaru unless it's Itachi being a bastard and making Naruto fuck Sasuke while he watches. But it's totally up to you to write whatever you feel inspired to create. Good job on the first chapter!
