I like the premise but I'm somewhat confused on this. If he swaps eyes, Sasuke's career as a shinobi is done for once the eyes he got from Itachi goes blind.

i like the idea and hope it comes out the way you want. and you're right, i could see sasuke being willing to do that if his nii-san had asked instead of going nuts. now you have me wondering...
