I really really like this, its a little twisted and morbid in places but totally intriguing. Please please continue. Its really fascinating so far.

Looks like Naruto is in for some surprise surgery. I hope Gaara has kept his operating basement in clean sterile conditions. Wouldn't want his patient to get an infection, now, would we?

Well.. xD When I finally went ' D'OH! This is AU! ' I think I settled into the story a little more, but something about Naruto put me off in this one. I know he's a loud mouth and pretty rash, but I don't think he'd be the type to sit there cursing out loud when he was in a dark room alone. It seems like what he said out loud seems like it would have been better suited as thoughts, and the way he kept getting panicked.. O: I think it would have been more Naruto-like if he didn't get panicked so easy. Isn't he the type to just try to power through things, after all?

All together, though, I like the style of writing and the details you put into things. :D It felt like I could really see the room with all of the medical stuff in it.

Great story, can't wait to read more.
