I liked the first chapter. I think Itachi should stay with Kurenai. As for Naruto's pairing I have no idea since Hinata in my opinion isn't too good of a choice (since she is so shy..most likely will faint before anything happens), and you've said no Sakura (also she doesn't really dig Naruto...I can't even see a physical let alone a emotional relationship between the two at this time). Or if you were shooting for older women...I guess any is fine with me (ok, to make short and sweet I'd just say any pairing is good for Naruto...after all this is Adult fan fiction, anything can happen)
