Hiya, will try to be a little gentle here. The plot line and story concept is intriguing with Naruto having a twin. I would love to see more development on this. But I would also like to see a little less confusion between the points of views and the chapters lengthened slightly with more depth to each element. At the moment I have slight trouble picturing things properly. However, the idea is really good and I have yet to see anyone attempt a Naruto twin story (maybe I haven't browsed enough). So cheers for dreaming that one up.
