This is an amazing story and I can't wait to read more! I love the way you portray the characters, especially Naruto and Kakashi. On the note of your question: I would personally really like to see Kakashi as the seme and Minato in the more "vulnerable" uke role...

Yon/Kaka and Sasu/Naru relationships? (If you don’t understand “seme” and “uke”, then bless you, get out of the yaoi fandom, and run for your lives before you’re tainted forever like I am. Run, dammit, run!)

loved the update. i'm so glad you are still posting, because there are so many great stories that just get left incomplete. and i would LOVE to read your Yondaime and Kakashi relationship, and sasuke, naruto grown up and getting together.
i'd like Yon/Kaka for sure. i can totally see in my head Yondaime realising just what he has with Kakashi, and all of the revelations and events following it. and i'd love to read it!
but i'm not sure about which Sasu/Naru relationship would be better (just because i haven't seen them as teens). i like both, maybe switchable? like having your cake and eating it too =D lol. but if we have to choose, i'd say Sasu/Naru. wait, Naru/sasu. nope Sasu/Naru, definitely Sasu/Naru. *nods*

I’m afraid to admit that I was a little hesitant to actually read this story when I saw the pairing you put on the summary. I had no qualms about reading a Seme!Yondy/Uke!Kaka fic, but the NarutoSasuke gave me a pause. I mean, what seme in their natural born life has ever used the puppy dog face/pout as adorably as Naruto pulled in your latest chapter? It may just be my own biased opinion, but I just can’t see Naru-chan as a seme, your portrayal of him is just too cute. Plus I love it when Yondy-daddy is put into overprotective father mode when faced with possible male and dominant suitors for his innocent and virginal Naru-chan (And I’m also a fan of possessive Uchiha’s). Even though there are a lot to be found in terms of the SasuNaru fic in general, there are few and far in between where the couple has to contend with overprotective parents in the form of a Minato/Kakashi combo.
Anyways, I just want you to know what a lovely piece of writing this is. The plot itself is not so very original but you put twist into it that makes it all the more refreshing and stimulating as you do with your other stories (*cough*IWantEternalTime*cough*). And while Kakashi is a smidge OOC, you portrayed his character well considering the different circumstances he is put in that are different from canon, especially with Minato alive and well and Naruto being put under his care rather than the orphanage or on his own.
I was a bit surprised, though, about how Naruto was received by Neji. Neji was definitely not canon towards the end, but then again his father isn’t dead (And will not be sacrified from Kakashi’s rescue of Hinata) and you’re probably right in his portrayal as from that part from the manga that showed the initial meeting between Neji and Hinata and Neji commenting to his father how cute Hinata was, I get the sense that Neji wasn’t such a complete prick back in the days (no kid is, but still there’s Kakashi and Itachi as prime example of dastardly mean babies :P). I do question about Hinata’s character though, when she was being kidnapped. For a child who was lauded as lacking in skills and ineffective, she sure put that Cloud ninja into a bind. I always thought that Hinata was shy, self-conscious, and not confident since she was a child. But I see that you’re going a different way. Either way, I am now a fan of this story and will be awaiting the next installment as soon as you can get it out (Hopefully the next one won’t be as hard to put out as giving birth to a baby ^^).

I'd like to see Minato be Kakashi's seme. And I'd like to see Naruto be Sasuke's seme. Sasuke being Naruto's seme is so overused it's not even funny. Also, I'd like to see Naruto and Kiba form a friendship since they're so alike, I think it'd be cute.

I love your take on the Naruto canon! It's so sweet to see Kakashi when he was younger helping Yondaime to raise Naruto! I can't wait to see how the relationships develop. Keep up the good work and I can't wait to see the next chapter!

I'm glad that you updated and I cannot wait till the next chapter. I really liked how Naruto forced the words out of Kakashi's mouth. Also when Naruto started to critisize(sp?) the 'mommy' candidates I just about busted a gut.
