And Naruto and Gaara are really like cartoon characters.
Poor Neji's hair, It feels really nasty when a RUBBERBAND is ripped off your hair. xOO
But if Neji goes to celebrite Sasuke's brithday with them he can show Naruto that he really isn't the party-pooper. xD
