I'm sorry but I can't understand what you've written at all. You change tenses too often, and sometimes your sentences make no sense. I think a beta reader would really help you.

Grate start sasuke is such a basted but you have to love him. I cant what to see ween he and Naruto get together I hope that Sasuke is the one that prego. I can't what to reead the next chapter so keep on writing and update soon.

it's a little bit early to say if this is a good story or not. But you really should look for a beta-reader because there are a lot of mistakes in your text and that makes it really difficult to read it fluently.
