I am guessing that this Nibi character is going to have some special relationship with Naruto. I admit that this was a little confusing, however, it is an interesting plot. I would definately like to see more of it.
I suggest you get a proof-reader if you want to improve your skills with grammer and spelling. Your writing is good enough, however, correct grammer will only enhance it. I understand that your primary language is not english, mine isn't either. It isn't that difficult to improve.
Other than that, you fic is going very well. I would like to see whats going to happen next. So please update when you can.
