I think that your Nar/Mikoto chapter is so good it could be turned into a full story, if you took the time to do so. Instead of the 8 yr time skip, make it five year or whatever so it gets to the chuunin exams.

Love the story. Occasionally some grammar or punctuation problems but nothing major. What I'd like to see is Naruto/Female Gaara especially if you can include a Female Kyuubi and Female Shukaku. (sorry if I mispelled something). Keep it up!
