Surely an intriguing beginning; but what's the use of leaving Sasuke alive with Itachi dead?.. And how could Itachi's clone make such a mistake?
With all this situation, Sasuke will be left with a mystery and with no key to it, with no witness or evidence, and Itachi will be forever just a homicidial maniac..

But I'm interested in what you've planned, it's definitely something new in the whole story of Uchiha massacre.. can Itachi stay alive too, I wonder? :)
