Great work, that was a really fun little story! I can't imagine why you'd suggest it could be a waste at all, a story like this is far better than any potential idea still sloshing around, God knows most writers have far too many of those!

Very enjoyable Naruto/Tsunade romp, and very fun little mentions of her having taken her own active role in their proceedings as well as her warnings to Sakura while having been stuffed full herself.
