Most likely by the time for a an actual divorce comes around, Kushina is gonna be so sexually depraved and busy with Sasuke (and maybe others) that she won't even care, it will be a non issue. Also a divorce doesn't necessarily mean she's cutting off all contact with her family and Mikoto. I strongly support the idea of Mikoto knowing and supporting their relationship, a divorce takes a while to finalize too, by that point Kushina will likely be fucking Sasuke in her master bedroom with no care for who hears or watches lol. If you're gonna stick around just buckle up, cuz there's a lot more coming before this story is anywhere near the divorce point (if it happens) and even then there's still a lot that can happen to continue it. Dude, that's what the compensating means, he finds peace and moves on, essentially bringing forth Kushina's fears, the divorce and everything. That's the compensation that I am referring to, it's never said that he's not good at sex, she has sex with him, when he's into it at the moment. Also that open ended thing is a different story entirely, it does not connect, also you claim that a gangbang is uninteresting and boring, yet, you say how Sasuke should pawn off Kushina to others later on, that would be uninteresting and boring as you put it. So compensating Minato does not ruin the thrill of the story, I am referring to the ending because he would eventually find out, hence he and Naruto move on without Kushina in their lives. She will also have to move on without them in her life, she would already understand her bond with Minato is gone, hence the divorce, her bond with Naruto will likely be fractured, same with his friendship with Sasuke. Mikoto and Kushina's friendship would be probably be fractured, but she will have to tolerate the relationship in the end. I'm talking of the aftermath, not the now, when I say compensate.

Bro, Hentaijoy, the name of the story is "An Enigmatic AFFAIR" an AFFAIR involves cheating and that's what makes it so hot. Having Minato "compensated" or putting them in an open world where most ppl have an open relationship means NOTHING. It would literally just be mindless sex, that's so boring and uninteresting. You can't have incremental increases in debauchery with open sex, after a ganbang scene or orgy what is there left to write? There has to be stakes, consequences, winners, and losers. The entire thrill of this story is that Sasuke and Kushina are in a taboo cheating relationship, making it so that Minato is going around fucking other ppl as well ruins all that. Also it's not like he's a complete cuck, he's just boring and not good at sex or giving his wife attention, maybe far down the road he can find peace and move on with someone else but "compensating" him ruins the thrill of the story. What makes this story so elite was the god tier buildup and realism of the start of the affair and then the period of them having an "arrangement." That's what makes it so good is that Kushina isn't a slut for no reason, it's a very good natural progression. It's now at the point where Kushina considers Sasuke her boyfriend and so she's doing all these things for him, not cuz she's a complete slut (at least not yet) she does it because she likes the reactions it gets from Sasuke and she knows that he likes it too. This story is FAR past the point of Kushina going back to Minato lol, nor would that make much sense. You're taking a smut fanfic WAY TOO seriously lol. There's plenty of healthy relationship fics involving Kushina and Minato so go read those, let us have our fun without bagging on the author with unproductive reviews. Also it's never exactly been confirmed that Mikoto is faithful to Fugaku lol, for all we know she could have a no-name boytoy on the side too and just wants her best friend to be sexually satisfied no matter who it is. She and Fugaku could be in a sort of open marriage or maybe she's just a huge pervert in her own right, plenty of ways to make it so that she's ok with her son and best friend being together. Everyone's entitled to their own opinion, Buffalo. There is also little to none "vanilla" stories, as you put it, involving Minato. I also don't think you were readijg, but it seems stupid for Mikoto to endorse the relationship, otherwise, she wouldn't have cared that Sasuke was with a married woman, add on the fact that she is being faithful herself, so her view of Kushina would change as well. Considering that Minato also was trying to take that same trip that Fugaku and Mikoto, if Kushina was smart, she would have done it because when the pregnancy occurs, the time frame may not fit for Minato to be the "father". Frankly, if she ends up wiith Sasuke in the end, it's whatever for me, it's a matter of Minato being compensated for having to put up with it, when you're a working man trying to put food on the table for your family, jobs can be strenuous, Fugaku's job is less stressful than Minato's. I did notice how she mentions to Sasuke how they never listen to her, but the focus was Naruto's future in the conversation, not sure if she made any input, since she seemed to just be sending pictures to Sasuke. If you do make another Kushina story, I would suggest another character, Sasuke is used too much, along with Raikage and Naruto, seen a little bit of Kiba and Konohamaru, there was once a Jiraiya one. Maybe none of these choices, just someone else. I do appreciate the pacing, but it's just the matter of Minato and Naruto being able to walk away from her, when you think about it, it is realistic, I assume Minato is the same age or older as Kushina, so of course, stamina wears down, but I give him props for trying, hence the trip, Kushina only just looked for sex with him, nothing romantic like the trip that he had planned for the two of them, but in the end, she does deserve some backlash for her infidelity.

Unfortunate to see so many unproductive and prude reviews, there's plenty of vanilla fanfics elsewhere for you folks. This is the best of it's kind and if you don't like it, don't read, simple.
