Reviews for An Interlude of Bears and Insects

I thought of your story the other day and came back to read it over only to find out that not only is it finished, but it had a sequel. Not just any sequel either; this story promises to be just as good as Reading Totems. I'm so glad I found it! BTW, the ending of Reading Totems was awesome and I loved Kagi Taka.

So Paige is back and her love of Shino is still an inspiration to the word. They're going to have a lovely, bright little girl who'll be the apple of her parent's eye. I hate to think something bad is going to happen to them all again but it wouldn't be very realistic in a ninja village for no drama to happen. So I'll wait and see what your brilliant imagination is conjuring for us.

Ack! I forgot to review the story! Forgive me! *Bows* Anyways I do have to say that this is a great story so far and I love your character of Paige. Makes me almost wish that I was Shino. XD In all seriousness you are a great writer and chapter 4 was enough to prove it.

Shino dying to reconnect with Paige was sweet. If the chapter differed from the original plan, it was a good change. I'll head on over to The Code now and send some encouragement his way.

I don't think CPR will work this time! Better just stem the flow, call 911 and request that the blood bank be put on high alert for copious amounts of O neg blood!

Shino's only OOC when no-one's around, but that's to be expected not only because his circumstance has changed with age but because private / reserved people tend to only be their true selves around a select few people.

I'll give Casa a kick tomorrow, since both yours and Casa's stories are fantastic, I am expecting great things from the joint story.

Cool chapter! A blending of two separate stories by two different authors. This is promising to be really good. Looking forward to what's coming up next.

I'm impressed, though now that I think about it, I shouldn't be. Integrating Drake into your story was seamless, and added a hook that, for anyone who hasn't read The Code, will give them a sharp prod in that direction, though I doubt that there are many after all of the hints and outright bludgeons in that direction you've given.

Keep writing, or I'll start bawling like a child whose lost hid favorite toy, and trust me when i bawl i look very unpleasant. You wouldn't inflict that on everyone around me, would you?

That's not funny. Had I known that you were attempting to mesh these two univeris I would have given many more positive reviews until I became a general nusance to you an d you put chapters out at a much faster rate. I love your writing and really cant wait for your next chapter. (A late) Merry X-mas and a happy new year. Now please write the next chapter.

hey, you're still alive and kicking i see!

anyways, is Drake gonna be in any more chapters?

puking ones guts out that early in the morning SUCKS!! been there done that.

however, reading a convicted killer.....nope. best friends, ex-boyfriends, cousins, and other assorted personages...yes.

    this chapter was awesome!

happy holidays!! (whichever one YOU want!)

Ibiki's a master of interrogation. If he needs Paige, it must be a big deal. Dai sounds like interesting character. Is she gonna be in the next story?

Once again you have proven your self an excellent yarn spinner... I do hope to read more about what this mysterious investigation is all about... And what happens with Dai.

Reading that chapter was like riding down a zip-line right into a stone wall. The ride kept getting better and better, but that sudden stop at the end HURTS. You better thank the gods that when it comes to good stories I'm a masochist - the more it hurts the more I love it - so you've guaranteed a reader for as long as the story lasts.

neat, and another nice chapter. You know what I`d have liked to see, Paige working with members of Akatsuki or Team Hebi/Taka, now that would`ve been very interesting psychological-wise (Tobi, Hidan,Sasori,Jugetsu..., so many colorful characters)Keep up the good work and develop your characters.
