Wonderful first chapter! I loved the way you wrote this and explained the technical and medical terms. You made everything understanable and easy to follow. I'm looking forward to reading more and to find out more about Sasuke!

I really like the premise of this story and the whole set up with Naruto being a diabetic is very interesting. I can't wait to see where he and Sasuke end up as you progress in the story! And all the diabetic stuff was very informative as well. I have family who are diabetic aw well so this plot line is very cool to me! Can't wait till the next update! :D
