So the reason Tsunade was interested in the spring was to help Sakura, who'd suffered a burn wound? (Was it Itachi's fault?)

This was so hot -- and the hint of plot/motivation has me just as captivated as the smut. XD

I'm confused. I thought they were in a cave/ruin? So what is the last paragraph about? It appears to be AU, but that last paragraph is really throwing me. You should clarify what is going on. Aside from that, it is very good!
