Oh god, this is so real. Your rendering of them—not as characters, but as PEOPLE... Holy shit...

Palpable, palpable, palpable emotion. At points, it's like a mouthful of sand, and at others, it's like one of the finest delicacies in the world.

You have done Naruto and Sasuke (and, in a more general sense, humanity) more than justice with your words. This is a powerful piece.

Congratulations on finishing your epic masterpiece!! I really enjoyed this story immensely. The ending was nicely complex and I loved Sasuke's outbursts over finding Naruto gone and dealing with the possibility of him not surviving his injuries.

The only question I had about the ending was what happened with Kyuubi? In the beginning, Naruto made a vow to Kyuubi that he would release him after he accomplished all his goals. However, during the final chapters after Naruto's capture, its hinted that too much of his energy or perhaps all of Kyuubi was removed. I wasn't sure if the biju was actually removed or not. As the manga lays out, a host dies once its demon is removed, but the process was interrupted before Naruto could be completely drained. What happened to Kyuubi? The way Naruto wasn't healing in the hospital and his infection after surgery led me to believe he no longer had the healing powers that his demon would provide. Having the biju removed nullifies his ability to carry out his promise. I dunno.. am I looking too far into it?

Overall, this story was excellent. I'm looking forward to more from you in the future. Keep up the great work!

Hehe, finally! XD

That was a satisfying ending. The last chapter had a lot of drama, so it's good iy ended so well. I have no idea why are you basing your decision on if there is going to be an epilogue on what we think; if you have anything else to say, then write it. But really, I think that if you wanted to do it, you should've had saved Naruto becoming the Hokage for the epilogue.

Anyway, I'm really sad there won't be more of this story. But it feels really good to finish something this big, doesn't it? And besides, we will get lots of other stuff to read from you.

Still. I was fond of this story.

Well, reading it - and helping at the beginning - was a truly great experience for me. Thank you so much for writing it and good luck with everything you write in the future!

i've gotta say that was one of the most beautiful endings i've read ... almost don't want an epilogue, cause it might get ruined. ;-) but then again, it'd be cool to see how things play out.

Naruto is struggling with his studies in such a realistic way, I can see him frowning while trying to understand it all. I wonder what he's doing, but it's so like him to say fuck it all, make a plan and actually /do/ something. Where did that man go?

I hate Sasuke working in the root. In fact, I hate him working in ANBU, too. I don't like the secrecy if that entire (two) organization, it makes me thing they are doing things much to horrible, even for the ninja word. And it worries me that Sasuke is working under Danzo, especially int his situation. His dislike of the guy is certainly strong, so I hope he won't let himself be manipulated again. If he doesn't, he can be of use to Naruto.

That is, if he doesn't kill him first. XD

You know, this entire part feels like a completely different story. A mystery, instead of action/adventure. It's brilliant.

Just thinking this story will end fairly soon makes me sad. I remember working on the first chapters with you - God, it was more than half a year ago, can you believe that? - that was so much fun. It's more fun, though, just sitting back and getting a fix of something you love without moving a finger. :P

Ah. So. What was that fight about? Silly boys.

Is that part about Gemna from a research or your take on him? Because I love the touch.So refreshing when someone's thoughts slide aside to give us some interesting detail.

God, I loved Naruto resisted swiping the back of neck with his hand. He is so sweet, so nervous, the poor thing. They love you Naruto, don't be afraid! @___@

Damn, girl. Now it's not the time to talk about Shizune cleaning the office, I'm also anxious, you know. Will he become jonin right away? XD

Oh, shit, no - he will become Hokage right away? I mean, yes, that is brilliant. She's retiring, yes? Testing is a nice touch, too.

Very well done, btw. The entire meeting, that way Tsunade gave them news, their reaction to it. Naruto was sweet, Sasuke was even sweeter with his 'i don't care' attitude. Good pace, nicely set breaks. I loved that witnesses were around. Test before Naruto can be officially titled. Sasuke's worry.

*snorts* But of course Naruto would want to celebrate with ramen. ...And then of course you made me hungry, too, with hat very detaoled description of the place. Mean, mean girl! X(

/“So?” Kakashi asked, leaning back against the wall next to the door and crossing his arms. “He did good, right? Tell him he did good. Better yet, kiss him and tell him he did good.”/

It was very nice and sweet - and not too much, either, which is a relief. (nothing to do with your writing and your story, you know me, I just cringe at the long "love you 'till death' scenes) ^^' It was so great Iruka and Kakashi helped, and were there. And I keep imagining Naruto doing something very inappropriate in his... obliviousness. I also have to say, yes breaking in Naruto's brand new, Baby Grande Piano does sound like a very nice idea.

Oh, and I also liked the details and descriptions of what was Naruto feeling when he was blindfolded. It was do good and real and delicious.

For the end, I'm sorry (again ^^') this took a while. This Easter was entirely too long and exhausting, but I think I will be around more now. (no more visiting relatives... until Christmas, at least X( Can't handle such life, no one out there knows who's Naruto)

Love you, great work - and when will the next chapter be out, again? XD

What were you worried about, making Sasuke bottom? Please, when will people learn, those two would never make it work if they saw it as having an upper hand. It's either swatch or kill each other.

Naruto wants to see Kakashi? Oh, he's such a bleeding heart. But then, Kakashi's opinion on the exam probably is something he'd want to hear. I'd want to hear it. And Sasuke's insecurities are just sad... ah, scratch that, I mean awesome. >.>

I loved that conversation they had. A little bit of bickering, a little bit of joking and a little but of trust. Naruto was so sweet when he asked for a promise Sasuke would tell him things, like he was asking for some huge favor.

Gaara was... strange. Or not strange, maybe that's it.

‘I’m going to wipe the floor with you,’ Naruto had written.

That's just so Naruto. Really, I can see him do that. Got me excited, too.

You said it was not long, the fight? This is huge. It's good description, good pace. Technically, well done. But I get this impression Sasuke didn't try hard enough. Not because he gave up, but during he fight. He just didn't use everything and I don't know. He was just... Ah. Whatever.

How Naruto made him give up was kinda cute. And kinda hot. >.>

Oh, I see now what you made Sasuke lose so easily. You wanted to write that for naruto and the villagers bowing. heh. So like him to bow to every person in turn. =D

Um, Sasuke? Horny? I mean, what was that? ;P (Nice touch, seeing a little bit of the others...) Okay I must say, that was hot and good and all, but I really think Sasuke shouldn't have bottomed after just losing. I know it shouldn't mean anything if they are having a nice, lovely relationship, but somehow... I guess I'm pretty sure I'd feel bad in his place.

Wait, what? Shikamaru saw it all? They knew he was there? Oh, God... I can't decide if that's hot or embarrassing. They weren't exactly fucking, it was making love... That's so intimate.

For the end, I know not of that movie, but I dislike Famke Janssen with passion. It's a brilliant chapter, I'm very happy you updated and sorry it took me so long to read it.

Does this mean that Sasuke won't become a Chuunin?

Regarding the "switch".. It was great. Considering what Naruto went through he should be allowed "control" over some aspect of his life since he hadn't had that control for a while.

Hey awesome story. Just gotta say that i lve the interplay with the character. Naruto is not pissed @ tsunade or kakashi but he also isn't willing to forgive them so quickly. It seems so OOC 4 him as he is portrayed but i think it is definitely in character 4 his background not knowing his family, being lied to, being abused/hated, etc. I gotta say that reading these chapter i was like i can't wait to read whats next or i wonder whats gonna happen next.
Sasuke is another character i enjoyed reading about. That he is or @ the very least willing to change if not 4 himself but 4 the pain of what Naruto went through and to be a better person for him. He pretends to be such a hardass.
I also liked that u didn't rush the intimate scenes and when u did it, it wasn't all candy/roses/harps playing/the best; that it was real, it hurt, it was clumsy. I want substance to the stories i read and this is definitely a good starting point.
Please don't take what i said as criticism but as helpful advice and if anything i said offended u sorry. i can't wait to read the rest of this epic.
P.S can u put more iruka in. I lve watching him make kakashi cower, if even a little.
