idea
make it so that when Naruto is found out to be innocent he was broken in a pet completly and now the others have to change it back and help him become whole again.
And the "training"/breaking in flashbacks if you must
You allways can let it be so that Naruto will like to be dominated, humiliated, toys... but it will not be forced by the ones to do it because they do it because they are giving it to him in hope to make him feel goo, because they feel guilty but dont know how to make up for it.

the story is well writen and the idea is good
But as i am a softie i would like it if the people in Konoha realice Naruto hasn't done anything
If you like you can make it that when the Ninja come to get Naru they are ashamed but, as Naruto now desired it are doing these humiliation because it please Naruto

I am only against the fact that all are thinking of Naruto as a rapist.
Please consider the idea of releasing Naruto in the care of someone who is meant to help him after they discover what was done(and he is helping in giving Naruto what he wants, but not in the way of going over it)

I hope Itachi helps Sasuke with destroying some of the people in the village. It needs to be both of them to comfort and protect Naruto for several reasons.

1. Naruto is going to need a lot of emotional support to come back from this (if he ever does) and it needs to come from someone who understands what it means to be so wrongly judged and despised (Itachi).

2. Someone has to understand him completely to know when to push without smothering him like Iruka or Tsunade would (if he even allowed Tsunade near him) and when to give him his space (both of them with help from Gaara)

3. Naruto is going to need a place to recover without being constantly assaulted by memories and ignorant villagers (Suna- once again Gaara)

4 Neither Sasuke or Itachi would treat him as if he were helpless, hold what has happened against him (which some people would do without meaning to), or make him feel as if he were less than what he was because of what happened.

If Jaraiya is still alive in this timeline then I hope he really lays into Tsunade for this.

I feel so horrible for Naruto. Yes, it is horrible what is happening to him in prison, but that is not what is bothering me the most. These people claimed to be his friends and he has saved the majority of them in some way or another. Why were they so willing to believe him capable of something like that. I understand that there was a ton of damning evidence- but even when faced with overwhelming proof people will still not want to believe that someone they knew, had faith in, or trusted could do such a thing. This is even more the case when it is someone that they felt they really knew and understood their character or someone who has personally been there for them and has shown no evidence of this kind of behavior in the past.

So Naruto went from protecting everyone with all his might to violent sexual sadist in a day and no one questioned it? Or even if they did believe he had done it- did no one wonder why he might have suddenly snapped and attacked one of the few people who never treated him unfairly and always had a kind word for him? Did no one wonder why Naruto would have had to have raped someone who would have probably gladly given in to him with a smile? This is something all of the other ninja from their group would know just because they could see how huge of a crush Hinata had on Naruto. Where is Iruka and Kakashi in this - surely they refuse to accept this is true? Iruka because he considers Naruto family and KNOWS he would not do such a thing and Kakashi knows it too. Plus Kakashi is always looking underneath the underneath. I would figure Shikamaru would not buy it either - if for no other reason that it defies logic. Shikamaru would probably be trying to work out how someone could have plastered Naruto's chakra all over the room (if it was there at all and the 'experts' were not lying) just because his mind would not be able to let it go.

Still mostly I cannot understand why so many of Naruto's friends were completely willing to believe that about him and went from being his friend to hating and disgusted by him almost overnight. Usually when people are disillusioned like that they are confused, sad, and angry. Instead they went straight to punishment mode. Bizarre and incredibly sad for Naruto who not only was imprisoned for a crime he did not commit and tortured, but because of the fact that all of the people he thought he could trust and thought trusted him in return could betray his faith like that. It is like they were pretending all along. He is all alone in the world once again. I kind of hope that he gets exonerated, shuns everyone who tries to make amends and then Sasuke shows up and wipes Konoha off the map for breaking his dobe. Because that is what is happening.

Wow. Harsh. Poor Naruto. I feel so, so bad for him. But I guess that's the point, so well done. I was especially sad that Shino took part in hurting Naruto. I love Shino. You mentioned having either Sasuke or Gaara be Naruto's savior. Of the two, I definitely vote for Gaara. My main choice though would be Shikamaru. He's not specifically mentioned as being in the courtroom and he didn't take part in raping Naruto. I can't help thinking that he's been Naruto's friend since they were in the academy, and Shikamaru is certainly smart enough to find the truth. Anyway, that's my two cents.

I want Hinata to wake up and realize that Naruto was framed. She tries to tell everyone what really happened but no one listens to her thinking she's brainwashed.

Hinata out of desperation will seeks out either the Missing Nin Sasuke or the Hidden Sand gang to save Naruto!!

All while Naruto still being tortured by the prisoners and guards.

First of all I love and hate this story. It is a great story and extremely well written and I cannot wait for you to continue...however, it made me cry. The part with Neji and Kiba and everyone in his cell tore me up. Not just for what was actually happening, but because it must have destroyed Naruto to know that his precious people did not believe in him and abandoned him.

As for a suggestion...
It depends on where you are placing this story in the timeline. I have always been a fan of the stories where you (and everyone else including Sasuke) find out that Itachi did not kill his clan. If it is in that timeline then I would like to see Itachi and Sasuke be his saviors with the help of Kakashi, Iruka, Gaara, and Sai. I honestly cannot believe any of them would believe Naruto capable of the crime and even if they did would still be outraged once they found out what was happening to Naruto in jail. Plus several of them KNOW that he has more control over the Kyubbi than that (especially Kakashi).

Yay for Hinata waking up- setting everyone straight and then everyone going on a shame spiral. Bad things need to happen to these people. Bad things that leave permanent marks and result in the need for permanent use of a colostomy bag and make people dribble when they smile!
BTW, what is up with Tsunade? Even if she believed Naruto did the crime she would not be all cold and hard like that. She would be torn up by it. Either because she thought that Kyubbi had gotten the upper hand and now Naruto had to suffer or because she thought she had been wrong about him all this time and Hinata had suffered for it. Oh! Unless it is an act and she has something planned.

Will you continue this story? Will they break Naruto? And if they find out the truth,
what will happen to Naruto? Will the Kyuubi be unleashed and takes revenge or will she/he run away with
his/her kit? And what about Hinata? Did she lie? Aren't they going to find out what has really happend?

This is ok, but you might want to add the warning NC to your summary, since so far all sexual interation has been Non-Con in the most extreme. I find it icky and I gave this story a chance because I thought we'd get past it quickly since you didn't have the NC warning in the summary. Please fix it. It is an interesting story though.
