I love this fanfic. But I don't think that Sasuke could have been thinking that clearly...and..well, nicely [I don't know xD] in that short amount of time. I think it would have shocked him more. You could have had more details about it. BUT! I still love this fic.

Wow, that was just.....wow. It's really early in the morning and I haven't slept in a while so I'm not in a state where i can write a long good review but I just wanted to say that I liked the new chapter. I was wondering how Itachi was going to come into the story and I guess that answers my question. So is he going to join the Akatsuki now like he did in the series or is he going to do something else as joining them right now doesn't seem like it would be a good idea because of the charges they will be up on. And I figure that the end of Naruto's suffering has not come yet, because once they find that charges are being filed and that they probably aren't as protected as they'd hoped they would be preeeetty pissy about it. I really want to see something from Akatsuki, though maybe you might be holding that information off to the end. I can't wait to the next chapter, I would love to see more of Naruto and what he's thinking. Because the last few chapters have been pretty much all Sasuke and he's a little weird:D And I would love to see more of what happened with Naruto. We have some of an idea but I would like to see it from his point of view. Though that would probably take a while taking into consideration all the videos that they have and the hours of torture that took place. hmmmmm yea ok I'm gonna go to sleep now because the screens a bit blurrry and its getting harder to see the screen so goodnight and good chapter and update soon.

Oh yea and are you supposed to have your disclaimer ont he first chapter or does it not matter where it is as long as its in the story?

And Sasuke..I don't get him at all. I mean, it's like he doesn't care, but he does? And then he's all grossed out about it..But it's not like it's naruto's fault. I'm getting frustrated ~_~;; lol

I'm in law school, though my focus is on crimes against women, forced sodomy is also rape. The legal definiation of rape is any form of sexual act, including engaging in sexual intercourse, cunnilingus, fellatio, anallingus or anal intercourse, object penetration, accomplished against the will through: force, present threat of force or intimidation of or against the accuser or another person. Mandatory minimum sentance is 5 years. This is regardless of age. Also, proof of resistance is not required.
The trouble with rape cases is that they are hard to prove, though in your case, there is obvious evidence of threat and intimidation. Any good lawyer would charge the perps with statutory rape, (if the child is between the ages of 13-15 this is a class 4 felony, regardlesss of consent) rape, forced sodomy, sexual battery, assult, indecent liberties with children, indecent liberties by children, forced object penetration, creation of child pornogrpahy, and creation of llicit pornography, (ie brutal s&m or slash) giving the perps a minimum sentance of 20-30 years plus hella fines.
Even if the sex was consentual, they could charge the perps with the indecent liberties charges, statutory rape, and contributing to the deliquency of a minor. In addition, age of concent laws only cover partners who are less than three years older.
The victim is not required to testify, and there is precedence for cases that win without this testimony, but it helps. Also, the victim can refuse a rape kit. Money means a lot, big business lawyers could try to crack into this, but this case would be easy to press with or without the victim's statement, but like I said, the statement helps. If I were defending the perps in this instance, I would go for a hung jury, or try to plea them guilty to lesser charges to be served simultaneously. In jury selection, I would choose a bunch of rich old white people, who believe that the victim wanted it. (by law, it doesn't matter if he wanted it or not, but the jury is not made up of law experts)

I think that covers about all the bases, but it is fiction, so there's no need to change what you've got. I suppose this is for future reference more than anything.

Ok,no more laws but I have to say beating your spouse in Canada does not require the wife to lay charges,the crown does(government),if you have a fist fight between two sposes they charge both!You can not,.........man,Americans probably can sexually assult each other,fuck kids and beat their wives/husbands freely.....they don't have real elections anymore so why not?It doesn't f'n float in Canada however!
Well I wonder what lil'Sasuke will find on the internet.Boy that kid's a stiff,however another boy might run or cry I suppose in his place.I'll give him bravery.Why do I have the feeling this is gonna get worse before long........Gripping story.Its pretty intence.Back to the orphanage...guess he will change schools and that will be the end of it.I can not belIEve Naruto lived through that and for what?His mind is gonna be a mess not to mention his spirit.Even Sasu must/is looking around at reality a bit.
Sorry about the legal stuff but I do not want kids and women believing they have no f'n rights ,damn it.There are too many places where they are not concidered to be even citizens let alone have rights.......slavery is a fucking sick,sick concept.All of the behaviours mentioned are illegle in the eyes of the World Court. People should check out the Charter of Rights for Children.It was drawn up and signed at the U.N. during International Year of the Child a few years ago.Americans,well your Government(snort,the one that rules you now) has changed your rights so much and given so much power to industry/itself......I'd like to know if any one of you knows or cares....maybe thats a bit harsh.....maybe not.

This is a great story. Please update as soon as possible. I loved that info you included in your latest chapter. I had been studying carnal knowledge and its laws (which include rape unlawful carnal knowledge with a minor etc) and I was happy to read a fic that used real laws to make their story more realistic. I love your Sasuke and Naruto, their characteristics are real fresh, compared to other fics where there are just lemons. But what has really got my interest is your Hinata comments. This is because out of all the girls in Naruto, I would pick Hinata as the only one Sasuke would like. The part about him being interested since he doesn't hit on him was genius ^_^ Ok well I am babbling now, so I will leave. Thank you for this beautiful and touching fic.

Well actually thats not quite true! When a wife refuses to give a statement against her husband it is not that she is consenting to be beaten, but that the evidence burden is on the district attourney and cases like that are almoste impoible to prove. If for example, there where witnesses to the beating who reported it, the husband would be prosicuted weather the wife pressed charges or not. You are right that in some very special cases, violence can be alowed (professiona boxing for example) S&M is an whole other story, because eaven if there is pain involved, it's not sk "lasting" You won't find any S&M clubs where they for example break eachoters bones or so on, because that wouldn't be legal. The same thing can be said about the two friends that fought, it's NOT legal to berake someones nose....but who will ever find out about it if one of them didn't press charges, if a cop saw it and there was a videotape of the event it would go to trial.
And that is what I have hard time svallowing about this story...if there is taped evidences of a 16 year old being forced to consent to rape and abused so much that he got internal bleeding, there is no fucking way they wouldn't prosecute and I would say it's a 99% chanse they would win. Sure, the legalsystem sucks....it doesn't suck THAT much!!
