There should be a continuation for the first chapter, showing that Minato had married someone else (maybe Tsunade with Ino and Samui as her daughters) and Naruto having Hinata as a girlfriend. Kushina hears about the new ladies in her ex-family's life and decides that Sasuke 'deserves' to have more than one woman because of his 'manliness' and ends up befriending Hanabi in order to get to Hinata.  After seducing Hanabi, Kushina tricks Hanabi into staying over at a 'friend's' house where Sasuke forces himself onto her, Hanabi at first resists while begging Kushina to save her, whom ends saying that she'll soon love it just like she does. Hanabi ends up falling for Sasuke and helps them with Ino because she knows that just her alone will not be able to convince Hinata to come over to a stranger's house. Hanabi and Sasuke pretend to be boyfriend & girlfriend and end up getting Ino to go with them onto a date (without her realizing that it is one) and ends the day by going to a love hotel where they have sex and Ino decides that she'll do anything for a man with a cock Sasuke's.  Ino, Hanabi, & their new friend Kushina convince Hinata to a week long break at Sasuke's summer retreat, where Sasuke ends up stealing Hinata away while making her think of Naruto as pathetic when compared to Sasuke. While they're at the retreat Samui follows their trail because she's told by Tsunade to find out what's changed her sister so much. Samui finds Sasuke having sex with Ino (who is underage) and confronts him about it. Kushina, Hinata, and Hanabi knock Samui unconscious tie her up to a bed where she wakes up to Ino 'softening' her up for Sasuke's use. Sasuke breaks her just like the others and agrees to help him get to her mother. Samui & Ino sneak Sasuke into Tsunade's manor/suite/whatever rich person's home you can come up with and Samui drugs Tsunade's food & drink and trains her body up while she's sleeping and makes want him like an addict and allows herself to become his and ends up signing her entire fortune and ownership of her business to him. The last thing that would happen would be the girls that Sasuke now controls see both Minato & Naruto as both weak & pathetic when compared to Sasuke and end up either: 1) causing them both enough dispair that it makes them kill themselves, 2) breaking their minds from the betrayal and makes both blonde men into house slaves, or 3) both Namikaze's try to take back their loves from Sasuke only for them down with the girls sexually encouraging Sasuke then Tsunade & Hinata having sex with him while talking down to them and the others holding down the father/son duo while they lay dying and Kushina revealing that everything that happened was all her plan and ends up getting fucked on top of her ex-family with her face in ecstasy along with Tsunade and Hinata telling the Namikazes to die for their pleasure and that being the last thing that they see before they die.
